The Water Horse is a simple, yet extremely comfortable and versatile flotation aid that opens the door to new and innovative exercises. Learn both shallow and deep water variations for strengthening and cardio benefits. Strengthen your core with unique unilateral movements and Pilates style strengthening. The workout progresses from suspended cardio exercises to toning and strengthening. (Although Karen uses the Water Horse for suspension, a flotation belt can be substituted)
