Return & Shipping Policy
SHIPPING, RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
All orders are shipped via USPS wihin 24 business hours of receiving an order. Priority Mail is used to ship all equipment and USPS Media Mail is used for media (DVD & CDs). Orders placed within the United States should arrive beween 3 and 7 business days from the day the order is placed.
We ship to all countries. We recommend that international customers call or email us for shipping options.
DVD & CDs
Anti-piracy regulations prevent us from accepting OPENED NON-DEFECTIVE returns for DVD's & CD's (as they can be copied) If you have a special problems with a DVD or CD and would like to exchange it for one that better suits your needs, please call to resolve your problem.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced. Simply email us or call and a replacement will be sent out immediately. Shoes, belts, barbells, and gloves can be returned, if unused, for a refund. Shoes, belts, barbells, and gloves can also be exchanged for a different size.
Please include a check for $11.25 to cover return postage & handling when exchanging products. Make sure to include a copy of the packing slip with your name, address, and the item you would like in exchange. If the item cost more than the item that you are returning, please include a check for the difference.
