Four of my retired girlfriends and I get together 3 times a week with the TV poolside to do water aerobics. We have enjoyed doing several of Karen's Workouts... Our favorite one now is " Strength & Power Water Workout with Karen Westfall. We have the paddles. The resistance that you get with the exercises using the paddles is great ! Karen has a group of younger athletes in her tape... Don't let this discourage you !! We give this workout our all & it makes us feel good to be doing the same exercise as this young group of energetic people... So don't let their youthfulness discourage you from buying this tape...
