This is the perfect workout for beginner to advanced levels. This "user friendly" workout will make your body stronger, leaner, and visibly slimmer. Workout includes: Anchored Down Aqua inspired by Pilates (walking variations, lunges, kicks, and circular movements), Rebound Aerobics with jogging, jumping jacks, kicks and leaps, a Ballet Workout, Strengthening & Toning with the (optional) AQUAFLEX PADDLES (see equipment page) and a Yoga Cool Down. Running time: 1 hour, 10 minutes.
