Karen Westfall
Internationally renowned aquatic fitness expert, Karen Westfall, has presented
instructor training workshops throughout the country and worldwide.
As a regular presenter for IDEA and AEA conventions, her sold out workshops
have received rave reviews as she teaches with a combination of grace,
precision, and a unique understanding of water as an effective medium
for exercise.
Karen was the Aquatic Exercise Association's 1994 Aquatic Fitness Professional
of the year.
With a B.A. in Professional Dance at B.Y.U., Karen and husband, Mike,
are former National Amateur Ballroom and Latin American Dance Champions.
They are the proud parents of six children.
